February 2026 Update
The field resurfacing is complete. On September 3rd and 4th, Archer Construction removed the hard rubber surface, and with a team of other volunteers it was scraped clean and prepped for the new surface installation that began on September 22nd. Our contractor, Playground Equipment Systems, added a thick rubber membrane covered with an artificial turf.
The field includes expanded dugouts to accommodate multiple wheelchairs and other mobility aids. We have a baseball diamond and a soccer field. Future phases will add shade , additional seating and improved signage.
This new Rotary Miracle Field will be available for use in April. Our GRAND OPENING celebration will be on June 8, 2026 at 5 pm
We have raised approximately $385,000 of the total site budget of $450,000.
